RETURN, CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

At GG Pajamas we hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you would like to return our products, you can get a 100% refund. In order to use this right of withdrawal, please read the return terms below carefully. If the product you bought is in accordance with the return conditions, it will be sufficient to fill in the return form on the back of your invoice and send it to us together with the products.

 

1. I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED, WHAT CAN I RETURN?

 

You can return products whose protective elements such as labels, original box / packaging, tape, seal, package are intact and therefore have not lost their resalable properties. Campaign and gift products are also subject to these conditions. You must also send us the invoice of the product you want to return with the product.

 

Used, washed or damaged products will not be accepted.

 

2. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVE?

 

First of all, make sure that the products you want to return comply with the return conditions. If appropriate, send the products to the return address specified below, together with the invoice of the product, by filling the return form on the back of your invoice within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

To make your product return free of charge, you must send the product via Domestic Cargo. For free shipping, it will be sufficient to specify our current code while performing the transaction.

The shipping fee of the returns sent with the companies other than the cargo companies we have contracted with belongs to our customer.

 

When the products you have sent in line with the above information reach us, the refund will be approved if they comply with the return conditions stated above, and when your refund is notified to your bank, your phone number or e-mail address in your membership information is notified. Repayments differ depending on the internal processes of the bank, and delays may occur. We request you to follow these processes through your bank.

 

3. CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER OR CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Changes cannot be made to the content of confirmed orders. After the product reaches you, you can apply for the return procedure. You can also cancel your order and place a new order.

Return of orders is only possible before they are shipped. If your order has not been delivered to cargo, you can send your request via e-mail gg@ggpyjamas.com . Orders placed on cargo cannot be canceled. You can apply for the return procedure within 14 days after you receive the product.

 

After your order cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed in the same way as from which payment method your order was paid. Repayments differ depending on the internal processes of the bank and delays may occur. We ask you to follow these situations through your bank. In addition, the refund of the installment payments is made in installments as required by the bank processes.

 

4. DELIVERY TERMS

 

GG Pajamas does not work on weekends or public holidays . Cargo coming from Istanbul if you have at least 1 (one) business days, if you come from other cities in Turkey at least 2 (two) business day it will reach us. Once your return has been received by us, it may take up to 7 (seven) business days to process and refund the payment if it meets the return conditions. GG Pajamas will not be held responsible for the delay in case of delay in the payment due to third party banks.
